SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times are approximate. They are made in Pickup relay with shop2shop. The costs are calculated according to the format and/or the weight of the package.
For packages with a value of 100 euros or more, an additional cost is charged to insure the contents during transport. Any damage to the package or its contents after receipt will not be taken into account.
Any damage noted by the customer upon receipt of the package must be declared to the relay point.
Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY
A return is possible within 14 days at the expense of the customer. The refund will be made once the package and its contents have been received and checked (no damage must be observed)
